Delete your OurDurham account
In the app
Go to Settings > Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@ourdurham.co.uk from your Durham email address with the subject “Delete my account”. We check the request came from you, delete the account within 7 days, and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
•
Your account, email address, name and college
•
Your My Timetable link, your timetable and any personal calendars
•
Your friends and friend requests
•
Your committee roles and notification settings
Events, announcements, formals and fixtures you posted for a JCR, society or club stay with that group, without your name. Reports you made stay with our moderators for up to 2 years, so we can keep the app safe.
Things kept only on your phone (where you live, your settings) go when you delete the app.
